Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Effective date: July 1, 2025

Introduction

Lola maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users and all content across the Lola service, including live chat, profiles, messages, media uploads, and any other features. Any violation results in immediate account ban without prior notice.

1. Who is a “child”.

For the purposes of these Standards, a child is any person under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher).

2. Prohibited content & behaviors (non-exhaustive). The following are strictly prohibited and will lead to removal and a permanent ban:
3. Reporting & safety tools (in-app). Users can take action at any time using Block and Report:We prioritize potential child-safety reports for rapid review. Confirmed content is removed and offending accounts are banned immediately.
4. Enforcement.

Lola uses automated signals and human moderation on a 24/7 basis. Confirmed violations trigger immediate account ban without prior notice, removal of content, and may include device/account restrictions. We preserve relevant evidence as required.

5. Legal compliance & reporting to authorities.

We comply with applicable child-protection laws. Confirmed CSAM will be reported to the appropriate authority (e.g., NCMEC in the United States) and/or relevant local agencies. We cooperate with lawful investigations consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Age requirements.

Lola is intended for adults (18+). If you believe a minor is using Lola, please use in-app Report with reason “Underage” and contact us using the email below. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors will be restricted and removed as appropriate.

7. Data handling & removal.

User-submitted media is reviewed before being shown to others. Users can remove their own content at any time and may delete their accounts, which removes associated user content as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Child-safety contact.

For child-safety concerns and urgent reports, email [email protected] (monitored). Please include relevant details (user ID, timestamps, screenshots/links) to help our team act timely.
