You can request deletion of your Lola account and associated data (profile information and in-app content). Submit the form below or email [email protected] from your account email. We’ll process your request within 2 business days.
We may contact you at the provided email address to confirm your deletion request.

We may retain some technical information for up to 30 days after deletion in case you decide to restore your account

Note: Active Apple Store / Google Play subscriptions must be canceled before deletion. Certain records may be retained only if required by law (e.g., anti-fraud/tax), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Safety — Data Deletion

Users can delete their account with profile information in-app: Settings Manage Account Delete Account.

When an account is deleted, we remove the user’s ID and all in-app content associated with the account. We do not retain personal data except where retention is legally required (e.g., for fraud prevention or tax records).
